Delivery Information

We provide nationwide shipping with Cash On Delivery service. We strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible, therefore, all orders received are processed speedily.

An order once confirmed is dispatched on priority so that it reaches you as soon as possible. Unexpected delays can occur due to unforeseen reasons like law and order situation or weather conditions. If you are moving from your location or have ordered product(s) for a specific occasion we recommend to give at least 24-48 hours margin than the usual delivery time. If for some reason you don’t receive your order within the allotted time, you can track your order here, or can get in touch with our customer services representatives so that we can take the necessary steps to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible.


Return

We don’t offer any return policy. Goods once purchased aren’t refundable. In case you receive a wrong product due to any issue like as rush of sale orders / manual handling (human error), we offer 14 Days Exchange Policy.

If you wish to exchange the item online, simply inbox us on Facebook with Order No/ID, write details of the product being exchanged and the required product.

Manage Your Exchanges Telephonically


If you wish to exchange the item telephonically, simply call us on 03-111-222-175 mention Order No/ID and tell details of the product being exchanged and the required product.


Manage Your Exchanges via Whatsapp


If you wish to exchange the item via Whatsapp, simply message us at Whatsapp on 03-111-222-175 mention Order No/ID and write details of the product being exchanged and the required product.

Exchange Procedure:


  • Step 1: You have to Call/WhatsApp at 03-111-222-175 or Inbox us at Facebook with details of your exchange requirements. (With Order No/ID)
  • Step 2: You have to send us the item to be Exchanged on following address:-
    Shalimar Shoes (Mojari)
    146-Iftikhar Town, Backside Shalimar Tiles, Jhang Road, Jhang Sadar, Pakistan
  • Step 3: We will inspect the exchange item and check that you sent the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the exchange.

Exchange Period

If you are not completely satisfied with your item. You may exchange any item within 14 days of delivery of your parcel.

Who Will Pay For the Exchange Cost?

Please note all exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Customer has to pay both way courier charges. Exchange Delivery Charges will be charges Rs.200/- per order.

How many days will it take to make a Exchange

An exchange will be processed within 14-21 working days once we have received the item. In case, the required item is out of stock, we offer customers to exchange any item within the price they have paid already, If the Price of the required item is more than the previously paid amount, customer will have to pay the remaining amount with COD Charges.

Exchange Conditions:

  • - Product(s) can be exchanged within 14 days of order delivery,
  • - Product(s) must be unused, unwashed and in an undamaged condition,
  • - You are welcome to try on a product(s) but please take adequate measure to preserve its new condition,
  • - Product(s) must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box),
  • - It is your duty to ensure proper packing of the product(s) so that they reach our premises safely,
  • - Please ensure that the product packing is not tapped directly by the courier, use the courier box or flyer to put the product(s),
  • - This policy can be updated with time, it is therefore, recommended to over view it time to time you order.
